Stunning views from rooms overlooking the Dreel burn and the sea, perfect for a relaxing cup of coffee. The separate entrance from the bar offers a unique touch, making you feel like a guest in a private house rather than just a visitor at a hotel.
Parking can be tricky, as there's only limited space outside the entrance. If you're not lucky enough to snag one of those spots, the nearby public car park is a bit of a walk. While breakfast delivery was ok, it had its hiccups on the first morning due to server issues, and choices were slightly limited. a tattie scone or hash brown option would have been nice. The noise from weekend entertainment might disturb some, but surprisingly, noise didn’t penetrate into the rear rooms, allowing for a decent night's sleep.

Staying here with my son's family was a blast! The spacious family room had a lovely sea view, and the kids loved the cozy garden area. We enjoyed breakfast with a wide variety of choices, making it easy to please everyone. Plus, the Sky TV in the pub area was a huge hit.
My kids wished for a bit more soundproofing between rooms. It got a bit noisy at night, especially from the pub.

It was just a good match for a weekend excursion in Anstruther with good value for price. The dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good pub bistro food, well cooked and reasonably priced. Avoid rooms near the pub entrance if possible.

A Perfect Coastal Retreat!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bedroom was spacious with incredible views. Breakfast offered delicious vegan options, though I'd suggest adding non-dairy spread. The dog-friendly environment and sunny beer garden make it a must-visit in Anstruther. Don't miss the cocktails!
